Meditation
I teach a very simple and effective form of guided meditation that is suitable for everyone. My goal is to empower participants to create their own daily practice of meditation. Relaxation is gently achieved by an open and welcoming approach that guides the participant to focus on whatever is happening at that moment. Sounds, the breath, physical sensation and thoughts are all used as easy gateways to experiencing relaxation and peace.
Regular practice quickly yields a variety of benefits including better sleep, reduced stress and tension, a calmer mind and an increasing sense of peace and well-being in your daily life.
I offer 5 week Courses, Drop-in Sessions, a Journey Meditation Morning (once a fortnight on the 1st and 3rd Fridays of the month) and One to One sessions. Continuing Your Meditation Practice 5 Week Course
Participants will be guided to deepen and strengthen their meditation practice and will also be introduced to a self-awareness and self-reflective process for personal development.

Drop-in Meditation Sessions
These are beautiful evenings of meditation and deep relaxation suitable for all levels of experience. They are held at the beautiful St.Michael’s Sanctuary, between 4-6 Church Street, Ewell Village, KT17 2AS, on Monday Evenings from 7.30 - 8.45pm on the 1st and 3rd Mondays of the Month during term time.

Journey Meditation Morning
The Journey Meditation Morning (affectionately known as the ‘Friday Morning Group’ by participants) offers a supportive and understanding environment for anyone who is experiencing emotional and / or spiritual confusion. At certain times in our lives events may overwhelm us. This may be in the form of physical illness, relationship difficulties with our partners or other family members, times of bereavement, traumas experienced by our children or simply a longing for things to be different. We may find ourselves at a turning point of change and feel all sorts of emotions.
This group offers a gentle embrace of support, inspired by the Journey, where you can be yourself and receive guidance and nourishment in the form of gentle exercise, relaxation and guided meditation and a shared lunch.
Friday Mornings 10am - 1pm, on the 1st and 3rd Fridays of the Month during term time. The venue is St.Michael’s Sanctuary, Between 4-6 Church Street, Ewell Village, KT17 2AS, and the price is £10. Please bring small contribution to shared lunch, and there iis no need to book, just turn up!
